How long does it take to ship your order?

We generally despatch within 3 work days. However this is not what we can always guarantee.

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are given by the destination country, based on the weight of the item(s) being shipped. Typical order can be shipped for $15-$35 within Europe.  All products' prices DO NOT include shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated on the Shopping Cart page.

Where am I able to ship my order to?

There are no limitations. Wherever you are in the world, you can order our products. Where no shipping method provided, you just need to contact us to discuss the shipping possibilities.

Who do we use to ship?

For almost all European countries, PPL is utilized. Within the Czech republic we utilize Česká pošta. For deliveries to other countries we usually utilize FedEx, but depending on the circumstances another company may be used.
