What information do we collect?

• To process transactions: We need your contact and billing information to process your orders. The contact information is shared with the shipping partner for the purpose of delivering the purchased product.

• To provide you essential information: Your email address may be used in order to send you vital general information about our business or about important changes in products and/or services which you personally ordered.

Typically, we do not send more than two newsletters in a year. Where do we store your information?

Your personal data are stored at multiple locations, depending on their nature:

• All data related to your account at this website (such as name, e-mail address, shipping address, IP address, phone number and history of orders) are stored in the database of our webhosting service, webcloud.cz, operated by IGNUM, s.r.o. Their servers are physically located in Prague, Czech Republic.
• Backups of the aforementioned data are stored at our internal server at ELNICO s.r.o., physically located in our company residence in Dvůr Králové nad Labem, Czech Republic.
• Accounting data and electronic communication are stored at our internal server at ELNICO s.r.o.
• Accounting data are archived in our residence at ELNICO s.r.o.

How do we protect your information?

We offer the use of a secure server. The comunication with the server is encrypted by SSL. Transactions are handled by specialized secure payment providers (PayPal) - we do not have access to your credit card numbers and other highly sensitive data.

Do we use cookies?

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.
